Our existing friendly team of 40 Grounds Maintenance Operatives and gardeners includes several who have been with us for more than ten years and, as a growing company, we are always looking for hardworking talent to join us!
As a well-established, family-run company, we are proud to provide complete grounds management services to our clients in the Surrey area, many of whom we have looked after for over 20 years. Our portfolio includes schools and colleges, sports clubs, private estates, hotels and commercial properties. All of our new business comes from referrals or recommendations from existing clients and suppliers.
Job Opportunities
We are currently looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join the team at our depots near Ripley, Haslemere, and Epsom in Surrey.
Required experience:
- Mowing
- Marking and renovating pitches
- Preparation and maintenance of cricket squares
- PA1 and PA6 qualifications would be useful but not essential
If your experience doesn’t necessarily meet the above requirements, but you are enthusiastic about working outdoors, have a good attitude, and the ability to work to the highest standard, we would still love to hear from you! Due to the location of our depots, having a driving licence and your own transport is preferable.
20 days holiday plus statutory days and pension scheme. Salary dependent upon skills and experience.
All positions are subject to a DBS check and 3 month probation period.
